1.5/5 TOTALLY UNEXPECTED ! One of the worst Indian movies of 2024 which many did not anticipate. Its really bad in terms of choppy editing, cringe comedy and action in the first half, loud BGM and screams in the second half, its an abomination. The direction and writing for this movie is terrible and there is no link between the present time and past ancient time in the movie. Its very tiresome experience. Many action in the second had potential but wasted due to the bad editing, bad camera work and loud BGM. Also the stepson and Suriya emotional connection is not developed and the emotional connection is weak in the movie. Suriya tried his best but its Siva and the editor that lets this movie down so badly. Also Kanguva is an example of overconfidence and overhype as the producer and the team were telling the whole country that this movie will gross 1000-2000 crores in the box office but without doing the proper hard work and delivering properly how could a producer and film maker make such claim? Let the film speak for itself. Its time Siva takes into account the critical reception of this movie and hear the audience on what they are saying especially normal and general audience.

My rating 3.5/5 Although second half crumbled a bit, the first half and vijay's and the family performance is great as well as the action set pieces. Vijay's performance as the father hiding his real identity is good, Vijays acting is really good and expresses alot of emotions and put honest effort as well as the family. BGM and song was good especially the theme for Anthony and Harold Das BGM which was intimidating. Flashback sequence were disappointing created little impact.

rating: 3.75/5 - Not as good as bahubali 1 and 2 but still shines as a VISUAL SPECTACLE and EMOTIONAL RIDE!! Review: A visual roller coaster that really doesn't make you feel bored a single minute. There are outstanding action moments, dramatic moments, emotional moments, fun moments, moments where you get angry at the characters and great music and songs. I loved it although there were few issues I had with the film like the simplistic one toned British villains and some over the top moments that didn't quite work for me BUT overall I found it to be a great film although I don't think it is the ultimate masterpiece but definitely worth a watch with epic action and moments. Overall this movie was fun, entertaining, larger than life experience which made me feel happy after finishing the film. I'm looking forward to SS Rajamouli's next movie SSMB29 and see how he will use his magic in his upcoming movie!!

1/5 - TOTAL SCAM ! ! Story is convoluted and somewhat cliche and unoriginal. Acting is cringe and OVERDRAMATIC, the fight scenes had some cool camera work and choreography but all were wasted due to choppy editing and screen going black in and black out throughout the movie. Also the film is overly edited, lots of high bright flickering light throughout and excessive use of slo-mos and dragging fight scenes. Patriotic elements are wasted by the film's execution, horrible screenplay and lack of character development. Songs are cringe and really goofy most of the time. Martin had some swag and few cool moments in the first half but second half, the movie becomes convoluted throughout. BGM was so loud most of the time without a break or time to be calm. Women characters are objectified throughout with BDSM style clothing, really cringe dance and costume. Songs have nothing to do with the story it is just dragging the movie. Exhausting and tiresome experience. Don't know what to say. Coming to honest youtubers who are reviewing this movie unbiased they literally being cancelled by Martin makers ,according to many of the critics on youtube who are posting on X.com and instagram with screenshot, who are imposing copy strike and banning their videos of honest criticism and the actual issues of the movie and THIS IS A TOTAL attack on freedom of expression and freedom to criticize. The makers of this movie are a disgrace to Kannada industry and Indian film industry for doing such thing and I would like to say many audience to voice your opinion regardless of what makers do. Instead of watching this trash, you could watch Jigra and Vettaiyan.

4/5 - Better than I expected. Very thrilling and engaging this movie is. Also new survival tactics and updated story while with some cliche concept of the xenomorph and alien but it has new elements to the survival horror movie. I also loved the character arc of the android Andy who became a best friend of Rain and knowing a little bit of his backstory with Rain. The world building and the introduction were well done and the movie more and more engaging throughout. The climax where a new human-xenomorph hydrid is introduced was also well done and unexpected. There were really tough and emotional moments when members of the group had to undergo tough decisions and conflicts with the android and the design of Andy and the pollution of his memory and objectives were shown very well and how he had to make a decision between Rain's wellbeing and Weyland's objective and how Rain and his member survive with Andy while being corrupted by one of Weyland's damaged android. The survival thriller was unexpectedly good and better than the previous movie Alien Covenant which was mediocre with many cliche moments but the franchise redeems itself with well executed Alien Romulus. Its a great horror movie although it doesn't have lot of scary stuff but it has some scary moments and is a must watch.

3.5/5 Good and fun play with very mid story and campaign. Campaign of Dying Light 2 was really disappointing although the introduction and first half were engaging. The second half and ending were a let down in my opinion. However the gameplay, some of the monsters, the day and night cycle, new parkour moves were all outstanding and great the world building, the environment were outstanding. The weapons, most of the characters in the game were good, the freedom to make choices and going in a non-linear story was really engaging and fun to experience. If the campaign and story telling were done really well, the game could have been alot better but sadly I found this game to be slightly inferior to first Dying Light which was a phenomenal experience.

0/5 - Hyper cringe-fest film that has crossed new heights. I honestly never imagined that a legend like Puri Jagannath would stoop so low with this cheap, perverted and hyper cringe movie which is so creepy, toxic and so perverted. Throughout the whole movie, the so called hero harasses, stalks and obsesses over the heroin's body and there is a pathetic and even more cringe cameo of a comedian Ali actor who plays a Amazon tribal and his character is the worst in Indian cinema's history. All he does is hunt and sleep plus harasses women in the name of civilization. Also the whole movie focuses on Kavya Thapar's body, thighs and the hero objectifying her as well as the camera angles of her thighs, body parts of Kavya Thapar and other female actresses. I honestly don't get Kavya Thapar's role in this movie as she is there just to make a fool out of the audience and seek male gaze. Also the action is meaningless, the songs have again cringe lyrics and perverted camera angles of Kavya Thapar dancing, making poses which is just irritating repeatedly. The story had some interest but the execution was so pathetic that the story became meaningless throughout. The shocking aspect of the film is in the ending there is a scene where Shiv ling traditional celebration where the hero takes the form of lord shiva and fights the villain which is such an insult to the Hindu community and audience because the hero molests, harasses women throughout and engage in criminal activities and yet participates in a Hindu festival being the hero. The villain has no role, not menacing or special just a terribly cartoonish villain. The film has bad acting performances, bad editing and screenplay. Tiresome experience honestly. If anyone wants to watch movies with great content and real romance, I would recommend you avoid this trash of 2024 because this movie has nothing to offer but to insult the audience. Worse than Indian 2 and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan.

Watched Adipurush back in 2023. 1/5 - Mockery of Ramayana. No emotions, no character development, no expression from characters, very bad CGI ,and visuals and Prabhas didn't suit the role of Ram. Also the second half was very exhausting to watch and the costume design, set design were unoriginal and direct copy of Hollywood sets like planet of the apes, game of thrones etc. Only positive aspects were most of the songs and BGM were good. Otherwise everything else is bad. Very bad movie.

3.5/5 Paisa Vasool Masala Entertainer Atlee despite copying certain parts, concepts from previous Tamil movies still executes Jawan in a fun, emotional, visually stunning, entertaining fashion. Atlee is very talented director and really is capable of making a superhero level movies especially after Mersal which was a tamil masterpiece. The opening of the film already glues you to your seats, with emotionally charged and visually charged moments with excellent fight scenes that are choreographed well especially in the first half. This movie can be called India's Robinhood because this movie is about a son of a soldier who fights against corporates trying to exploit the country and the population with various illegal and corrupt activities and the film's execution is well done despite some story parts being unoriginal. The action set piece in the first half were good and second half was decent although some of the action in the pre-climax, climax drag causing an action fatigue but the film is still engaging. The drawback of the action would be some of the editing can be off putting at times but still watchable. The character of Azad who is the protagonist was decent and cool at times and Vikram Rathore as the father of Azad and also a protagonist is also really cool and fun character. The supporting characters like Azad's female army like around 2-3 girls had a decent backstory although the rest we don't know much about them but their performances were decent. Deepika Padukone as Vikram Rathore's wife was not really important except for raising baby Azad in prison. Vijay Sethupathi as a villain was good at times although we don't know much about his character arc but his performance was good and intimidating. Nayanthara as the police chief was a badass. Her performance was good. The acting performances and characters were good, the drawback of the movie would be the flashback which was cliche especially after watching Tamil movies, the flashback was cliche and the action in the flash back was not good at all. We don't know why the guns jam and don't know much about the villain and Vikram Rathore relation except some stuff. BGM by Anirudh was good although it was overused in some of the action scene and became kinda exhausting to hear, some of the songs were good but there were some that were unnecessary like in the flashback, Ramaya Vastavaiya etc. The action in the second half editing and camera movement could have been better as they were erratic and kinda off putting at times. Overall its a good entertaining watch. I would consider it a Tamil made Bollywood movie rather than Bollywood since Atlee, technicians, music director, screenwriter, cinematographer, stuntwork and most technicians were from Tamil industry and Bollywood doesn't have the capacity to make this level of a movie.

1/5 Jingoistic, Xenophobic and predictable. Honestly speaking I felt like I was watching military propaganda for Indian Air Force. The film's story, screenplay and acting weren't good and the film is jingoistic and extremely stereotypical towards the villain and another faction. This film obsesses over us vs them like scenario and the film doesn't focus enough on the character development of the lead, heroine and other supporting characters. The vfx, CGI of the jet fight sequence are a mixed bad and some of the visuals obviously look fake. I won't criticize too much on the visuals as there were budget constraints but that doesn't take away the many flaws this movie has. The action is a mixed bag especially the ending sequence which was dragged and full of cringe dialogues and cheap jingoistic messages. The songs and bgm nothing special but mediocre. Overall this movie honestly has nothing interesting to watch. There aren't many positives to this movie and this movie stands no where near Top Gun.
