It's really good, subtle comedy and with great comic timing by Steve Carell.

Very boring and predictive. Loose screenplay. You have to struggle to keep your eyes open. Favouring one side and generalizing the a certain gender is what makes this film unreal and hard to watch. It promotes fake feminism.
