I thought it was a good show. They took the essence of Dr. Seuss book and added a modernized version without overdoing it. I love Keegan Michael Key as the narrator and his personality was perfect! Adam DeVine did a great job and while I would not have thought of Michael Douglass as Guy...the two personalities together was perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed the thoughtfulness behind the animation style (not too digitized but modern enough) and the writing...not too dark and a sense of humor that was enjoyable for different ages. My two year old love the books and he watched the show with excitement.
