Omg what have you done to what was a reasonable lightweight show. Won't bother watching if it stays like this.

Could've been so much better. Emily Blunts Mary Poppins portrayal is stiff and every move seems over choreographed. Suited the role but needed to loosen up a bit. Why is Meryl Streeps character in it? Another forgettable cameo. At least finish the storyline and have the jug returned. Mary Poppins could've fixed it with her magic. Why isnt Dick Van Dyke portraying Bert as well as the bank manager? Bert was mentioned as being on holiday. He could've come back for a scene or two. Jane virtually has no interaction with Mary, lives in a unit but doesn't seem to have a job, yet can afford to live there. Michael must be the dumbest son ever, doesn't know his dad had a bank account or bothered looking up the shares after dad passed away. Supposed to be an artist but virtually no art on show other than the sketch. Doesn't make sense that the Captain is still alive but the Banks parents are dead. Overall casting was good, wouldve been nice to have one or two full original songs in it. Good effort but not a classic.
