5 episodes in, will we actually see Godzilla or any big monsters? So far just a mediocre Hardy Boy mystery of three self involved twenty-somethings whining incessantly about daddy issues. Meanwhile humanity is in peril. Additionally, I’ve been given only plot driven reasons to care about who these three characters are as people, so I’m not invested in their personal needs nor really care about them much at all. More Kurt Russell and a lot more Monster appearances in upcoming episodes might redeem this series.
