Entertaining, yes...however it disappointed me that the show involved a lot of scenes with Drug dealers, gang members, gun/knife violence on the streets. A lot of adult warriors that have sickle cell im reality already battle with being labeled and drug seekers when needed narcotics for pain management at hospitals. I do like how they incorporated jaundice of the eyes for superpowers which probably makes those who experience yellowing of the eyes to feel empowered. I felt like more education towards viewers could've been put in the show. I just hope season 2 will be more educational and leave room for less stereotyped.
