The show has a mixture of a fresh young yet creepy vibe set to a pretty good soundtrack. The main actress plays a convincing part. She portrays a young women in her late teens who just went through a terrible heart surgery and is now slowly being possesed the hearts former owner. She is being stalked by a new age influenced family that was the family of the former owner of the heart. The family is slowly creeping their way into her life all while she seems to be losing touch with reality. Her hard working uncle is also losing his hold on her. The uncle Big Frank, has raised her from a little girl. Now even he cannot reach her. This show tells the story of a young women coming of age, she was trying to get laid when she had the heartattack, she also learns that her mother was a junkie and she was born a drug baby. Her uncle never really told her tje truth to try and protect her. It also deals with the split between class divison of upper middle class and those barely getting by while being hounded by the spirit world. It definitely has some great highlights that got my attention. However, it is not any better nor any worse than many other current Netflix shows. I find it has been able to keep my interest better than other titles on the streaming service. I do find myself getting a bit bored and skipping ahead at times. I am about half way through the series. They could wrap this show up in one season and it would work. Once they find out how the heart donner died, the show should end. I am not sure how they will extend the show past the 1st season. It just would not seem right even at this point of my viewing. If your looking for a murder mystery with a paranormal psychological twist, give Chambers a chance. If anything, the music really helps set a mood.
