I'm not sure why exactly I disagree with most of the reviews but I do. I've watched a lot of the gameplay over the past few years and finally decided to give it a try. I found the controls and movements to be very underwhelming and the pace to be rather frustrating at times. I have played many horror games and just about every other genre of games over the past 25 years and I was disappointed in almost every aspect of this one from the beginning. Story is hard to believe and I found myself aggravated at Ethan's reactions and responses very often. I knows it's a game but come on. When first finding his wife it's as if this is something normal and you feel like he's been through this before so, from the start I was a tad annoyed and had to force myself to stick with it. Overall I was not impressed with almost any part of this hailed game but to each their own.
