This is the biggest load of rubbish and American BS I’ve read in years. This guy is like so many former investment bankers - they get lucky with a bit of business success then preach to the world about how to live the perfect balanced life. It’s absolute garbage. This guy has often spoken about his own ongoing mental health and anger issues including calling himself a narcissist in recent interviews - which illustrates to me that he’s not got any of the real answers and is just on his own money earning ego trip.
