This starts as an interesting take on the evolution of women’s bodies over millions of years being driven by reproductive needs. Her whole thesis emphasises the huge differences between male and female bodies which cannot be altered once fashioned in the womb. It therefore comes as a shock to read on page 292 ‘It’s clear transgender women are women’! Either she had to put this in to get published or her whole thesis is suspect. Lost all respect for her at this point.
