I agree with 98 % of the negative reviews here for CAROL’S SECOND ACT. The show requires a total do over. Even the talented funny Patricia Heaton can not carry a poorly drafted sitcom. The writing is forced and redundant. The characters not believable. Viewers bought Party as Frankie in the ditzy sitcom MIDDLE because the Writing was consistently good and the characters well drawn. Excellent writing & performing there. Maybe Patty’s too personally invested here as producer . I suggest take a break from a 7’year stint on the MIDDLE Look what happened to Neil & Eden post MIDDLE just sayin
