Decent effort with good cast. But a bit too fairy-taley / teenagery

The show lost me by second episode, when it was clear it was gonna be about magic

Way too predictable, after first 5 mins you'll probably have a feeling where is this headed, and you'll be 100% right. They are not even trying anymore

Scripts like these make me want the AI to finally take over writting. How did this even got greenlit is hard to understand... All dialogs sound like what a teenager thinks rich people talk. All characters are the same, stereotypical villains giving pointless pretentious speeches all the time. Obvously all written by one person. The cast was ok, rest total garbage

Review with mild spoilers: Could have been really good, but ends up being just a mashup of predictable clichés. Good cast, good cgi, very bad writing. Cast of around 30 and few small rooms is all that should represent a ship of 1500+, very unconvincing. Half of the movie happens in one hallway and 1 room. Actors do their best but the characters are so shallow that I don't remember a single name, 15 minutes after finishing last episode. Modern pop music playing in what is supposed to be 19th century telegraphs to the viewer from the very start where this is going, no mystery anywhere. Very predictable and disappointing ending. 95% of stuff is left unexplained. It would be even more of a let down if I didn't stop caring about 3 episodes in...

Movie about teenagers, for teenagers. Too silly and superficial to enjoy or be taken seriously by adults.

Very boring movie. Cheaply looking props, laughable special effects, bad acting. There is not a scary frame in this picture, but I chuckled few times. Still, felt like a wasted time

I really enjoyed this movie, both the theme and the execution. One of those movies that stays with you long after finishing watching it.

Silly but entertaining movie! Very good casting and production. The food looks exquisite, I wish there was a restaurant like this in my area!
