Even while the Snyder cut adds new villains, new plotlines and new footage, much is still left to be desired in this 4 hour ambition. Sloppy dialogue, plotholes, and scenes that are simply just awkward are scattered about in a film that simply tries to take on too much at once. Perhaps this is all forgivable given the magnetic appeal of the superhero epic, but this is far from being tonight's must-watch.
