It kind of feels like a run of the mill game, story seems great but movement is clunky and doesnt feel right, quests are a mess and you barely know where to go next. The fact it was in development so long shows, that being said I'll probably enjoy it a lot, 7/10 I'd rate but I expected 9/10. Hopefully it changes with more gameplay.

The story is a bit lackluster but the combat is really engrossing and best part of the game. You also have a huge variety of classes and choices to gear them out with. All in all a great game but not a 5/5 for me personally, still gonna play the hell out of it though as I am having fun with the grind so far. I needed an mmo to waste some time on so it works out. I was a huge pso2 player but ngs literally has no content and its releasing it painfully slow so this is a good change of pace, I enjoy it a lot.
