This book is beautiful, brilliant and refreshingly original. We got it as an audiobook for a long car trip. Both my husband and I were taken with the style of writing and the story. He even shed a tear at the ending. I am not even sure how he chose this book as we are not usually sci fi readers...nevertheless we give it 5 stars.
