This book has some solid skills to support people struggling with overwhelming emotions. It is practical and believe with practice/ diligence can help people to make realistic changes.
I think a lot of improvements could be made with the structure of this book. I find the structure complicated and there is some repetition which makes it lengthier then it needs to be and confusing if you are working through it methodically.
Perhaps a section on 'how to use the book' would be useful.
The book is 265 pages in length. I am making my own key notes from the book as I go along and these are condensed into approximately 30 pages.
