I did the 3-day cleanse about a month ago. I admit that it really challenged my thinking. Since then I have continued to use the bone broth and include some of Dr Kellyann"s other bone broth products which are all worthwhile. Though I haven't become fond of the Lemon Sips yet. I have been out of sync with my eating habits for so long, it has taken me a while to.....adjust to any changes. So I am probably doing the 80/20 plan prematurely, but it's helping to guide me in the right direction to do the bone broth plan as designed. The bone broth itself is a big plus to my daily routine and I look forward to it. It has a soothing effect on me. I have even learned to include some herbs/spices. I especially like the Lemon Thai bone broth. It helps my skin. My hair is fine, but stronger and my joint discomfort has lessened. Give it a try.
