Love it but very disappointed that he preaches cleanliness but ignores the fact people serve food and drinks without tying their hair back. My mom was the best cook and waitress in the world. You couldn't work for her if you didn't keep your hair pulled back.

My mother was The Best Cook and Waitress to ever live!!!! But what bothers me about the show is you let people with long hair cook without pulling it back. That should be in cooking 101. You would never cook in my moms kitchen like that. As pro chefs I expect better from you. I still love the show but please correct this.
