For what it was, as an adaptation I expected exactly what the movie entailed, although the comedy was a little corny they still made everyone laugh at just how unexpected it was, so I’d say there was a good balance of comedy in the movie, the way they portrayed certain scenes was absolutely spot on as well, and obviously the movie wasn’t going to be cannon but everything that happened still made sense for its own variation of the story, it’s like one of the books essentially, but it was great to see it all come together, everything was done extremely well overall and was completely worth it

The Barbie movie was a very good portrayal of gender roles in society and helped bring to light and shut down some very common stereotypes, overall the movie was good and really proves itself to be deeper than just a movie about a doll as some say it is.

That was probably the most confusing and awful movie I’ve ever watched, for a majority of the 3 hours I just felt uncomfortable and really didn’t understand what was happening, nothing really made sense throughout the movie and there were many seemingly meaningless scenes, would not recommend for anyone to watch this movie as it was overall just really bad and uncomfortable to watch.
