This album was a good one. However, when compared to the Graduation trio, or MBDTF, this album isn’t as consistent. Despite this, the album has some solid hits in PAPERWORK, CARNIVAL, and GOOD (DON’T DIE). Kanye sounds like many modern rappers, losing his signature touch on music. This is the start of a new era for Kanye, and I sure hope it has a strong run. Either a mid 6 or a light 7. I’d say this was a 6.5/10.
