I've watched this show for awhile but this year I'm beginning to question things. Why do Chantel and Pedro have to send so much money and presents to the DR? They portrayed the family as poor country folks that moved to the city and Pedro has to support them when in fact his mother is a lawyer! Shouldn't she have her own money? Also, why does she keep pushing Pedro to get her and Nicole to the US? She's a lawyer. She should understand the immigration processes or have contacts in her profession that could help her. And is anyone watching Royal? Everyone is calling him out for his lies. He says that he doesn't remember saying those things.... He's always got a drink in his hand and seems very good at deflecting. Antoinette talks about how he is at home and he's very volatile with her, his family and the crew. It's looking like he has a drinking problem... A bad one.
