This CD engages the kids and parents alike! More than one parent has told me that they listen to the CD on their car's CD player, and do not get out of the car until the story has finished. That's about 40 minutes. Behind the story of a young girl who practices a well-known piece by J.S. Bach, comes the ghost of Bach who complains about the way she is playing the piece. She also wonders if he has come to rob the silverware or something. He reassures her, and tells her what it was like to live during the 1650-1732 lifetime. Beautiful musical examples compel the listener to glue ears to the CD, and because the pictures are all within the imagination of the auditor, the memories become well-seated. Kids and parents will remember this CD for a lifetime.
