Don't know why it is so poorly rated. 4.3 on IMDb is not a true reflection of this hilarious comedy ride. It's definitely 7/10 material. Sikandar Kher is amazing as is Pradyuman Singh, Manish Paul does not offer anything other than his TV showmanship and does not come out of the anchor he plays so well on TV award shows. He could have been slightly better. But, Ali Zafar is brilliant even in his cameo. All in all, this is a must watch for comedy lovers in India where there is no any significant variety in comedy movies.
