This book started a ripple effect that has got me to quit drinking for good and never touch it again!! I was always an up-and-down drinker! on and off every few years!!! But listening to this book, it finally put things into perspective that helps you realize when enough is enough!!! Through this book I discovered, and realized who I am and it gave me the courage to fully submit my addiction to my higher power!!! Rehabs don’t work. AA doesn’t work if you don’t work it if you’re getting sober for someone else or if you’re getting sober for the courts or because you’re on probation, it doesn’t work when you’re finally ready to get sober for you.!!! that’s when you will take the steps, change your life and attack it from all different angles! I’ve done acupuncture. I go to church every week I go to woman’s support group. I’ve got a blessing from my father. I go to sound baths, drum circles, I’m participating in everything that is healing,!! I’m attacking it at all angles, and it started with this book.!!! Thank you, Matthew Perry you are going to change the world with this book.!! to me, this is by far your greatest achievement that you’ve ever made!!
