Someone else reviewed this and called it ridiculously stupid, not knowing what they were getting into. I am reviewing this. I know exactly what I am getting into. And I agree, it is indeed ridiculously stupid, and that's the point - City Hunter has lots of shooting and fighting, but is also incredibly DUMB at times. Mostly because of Ryo. Y'see, if you like your protagonists with a bulls-eye accuracy as well as being able to "target" the most "mokkori" lady in the room to hit on, look no further than one Ryo Saeba - I dare say the only anime and anime character who's better at shooting a gun than ole "Ryo-chan" is Duke "Golgo 13" Togo himself. The anime gave Ryo a rather "iconic" set of voices provided originally by the great Akira Kamiya who also voiced Kinnikuman in the same fashion - goofy voice and serious voice as the situation demands, and the guy they got to play Ryo in this.... yeah, he NAILS the goofy voice!
