This movie is all over the place from start to finish. That’s not a good thing. Not even sure what the central theme of this movie was supposed to be about. Brothers from a different mother? Bad guys being bad? A botched bank robbery? Ambulance weaving through Los Angeles County traffic outpacing high performance sports cars? The unbelievable near death come back to life near death(again) come back to life of the cop that’s in the ambulance? The heroine (?) EMT with the blood on her face that appears at random in the same scene? Being shot dead(seemingly) but being able to walk away minutes later? Between the annoying camera angles and movements , the unbelievable storyline(s) and the even more unbelievable ending, this movie became laughable. Not even worth watching when it goes to streaming. #Torture
