Should call this book opinionated fiction. Create some stories, slander those you don't like, spread lies and write it down and call it factual. Very colorful writing but not much truth to it. When a person never actual talks like this in real life in any of these exaggerated stories then paints themselves as the hero. Racism can go both ways. Maybe the author needs to look in her hate filled heart, and find some compassion for those who aren't black and queer. Good luck getting a job as a nurse with an attitude like this. If you look hard enough you can make things look the way you want them to look. Instead of traveling from hospital to hospital stay a while and try and get to know these people you call racists, you cant really know anyone in 8 weeks. But don't dare try and act like everyone's friend and then say things like this behind their back.
