I thought it was excellent. Great acting all round and was filled with suspense making it very difficult to stop watching at night 😃. The only thing I would say against it and I dont know whether this is down to budgeting but I would have loved to see some proper magic duels with special effects and so on. The scene where Merlin defeated Agravine I had this idea where Merlin could have encompassed him and Agravine in a ring of fire to have that conversation and when Agravine raised his sword to kill Merlin, I imagined a demon or a dragon or something coming out of the flames to drag him into it! I do think the series need that sort of thing but brilliant series nether the less.

It was watchable but so much cheese I had to agree with the other fellow I was laughing in most part! As in all romantic movies they have to have a fallout at the end and then makeup (standard).. but she was only on the farm for 2 weeks and was trying to nail a contract so for her to be annoyed with him for not telling her who he really was well sorry that's got nothing to do with her so kinda ruined it to be honest lol. He owed her nothing
