Mehangi production but sasti film. The film is set in a place that is way too fictional, it's Husnabad near Lahore but also has snow clad mountains nearby and Italy style bull fighting regular event. The director tried to make the film look good to the eyes but seems like didn't care about the substance. Plus there are 7 top rated artists in the movie, you can't do justice to every character with cast this big.
