The only pokemon games I had before getting both sword and shield are for the gameboy; pokemon yellow blue and red. I ended up with the switch because it's very advanced from well, the gameboy color and was a reasonable price. DANG THIS GAME IS EASY. Graphics are nice but too easy. Way too easy. I let my 1 1/2 year old niece play and she beat the game. Plus I look back at my team im running and they all lvl up not just the fighters.... anyways yeah cool graphics but bad not going to be the game of the year
