Love it ! Though I have a hard time imagining how in the first season he was able to buy and flip a house with no credit history. In the last season, ' Monique' was able, because of her attractiveness and funding inexplicably through venture capitalist was able to succeed without a credit or background check. If she were a black man, he would have been in jail the first night.
White privilege reigns supreme through most of the seasons. It is entertaining though.
