I bought the game, the Hero Edition version, they charged me for the game and then when I tried to download the game it would not let me, it will randomly stop at any point of the progress bar and said, "failed to install game." I was extremely excited for this game, I like the game, but sadly I wasn't able to play because of this bug. There are no instructions to how to fix this bug, I wish there would be a way to fix this.
