Agree with alot of the negative reviews. Very bug riddled as is usual but this year bugs can last days. Customer help will be a 30 minute wait of "chatting" but only getting 5 sentences in that time span and a result of known issue we're working on. Controls to start were terrible as there was no way to keep your old favourite control scheme as they decided to overhaul all of them and make it confusing for everybody. Constant gameplay updates means when you want to play you have to wait for updates and then the game plays differently than the day before. Even the rewards mess will have you navigating menu after menu trying to figure out what the best avenue is when all you really want to do is play hockey.
