Maula Jatt is a cult classic Pakistani movie that everyone who understands Punjabi should watch. It was one of the top grossing movies of its time. It's one of the best Pakistani movies of all time. It shows rivalry, friendship and honor between two very strong characters. It's one of a kind movie that has antagonist equally strong as the protagonist. The dialogues are exceptional, the acting and dialogue delivery is out of this world. It's the first Pakistani movie as far as I know that started showing gore in the movies. It was the first Pakistani movie (or at least one of the first) that started showing "gandasa" as the main lethal weapon in movies. Gandasa is a long rod with a large sharp blade at the other end that cuts anything like a hot knife cutting butter. After this movie, several movies were made with gandasa either included in the movie name or as the main weapon in the movie. Sultan Rahi the hero became evergreen after this movie and film lovers to this day remember him as Maula Jatt.
