For this movie to be made in 2000 and the memory of it as a kid watching it, to rewatch it now as an adult @28 has so many deep meanings that my main focus is on how quick it is to persuade the person that's to be famous to take a deal without really overlooking and reviewing the contract/content of this show. This was a prime depiction of 'selling your soul' or being known as a 'sell-out' cause at the end of it all, it was too late for one when the other saw it was time to part ways... in the scene of where they were putting on the blackface pay attention to their facial expressions because that spoke volumes... the uncomfortability of them playing those roles as well as Manray predicting his own death due to the backstory of those shoes he wore in his final scene. Movie was amazing as usual no complaints! Glad I was able to understand it more as an adult fully and was grateful for the whiff of it as a child.
