This is the album that introduced me to John Hiatt and it remains a favorite. So many wonderful songs; some very heartfelt, others straight ahead rockers, all containing unforgettable characters some of which are, of course, Hiatt himself. I still listen to this release from time to time. A master songwriter and performer.
