I'm usually minimalist in terms of my opinions when it comes to cinematography, but watching this films compared to older films like pride & prejudice, love rosie, last christmas, me before you or maybe the former movie (she's all that) has just made me have my say. Firstly, I don't condemn Addison Rae for being in the film, its the producers who thought having a tik-tok star who does stupid dances to entertain take the job of one of a thousand other qualified actors seem like an optimal decision. This film has made me cringe so hard that at some point it becomes unbearable to watch (i.e. Addison's facial expressions, body language and her vocal). Secondly, I feel that netflix approving of such movies to go to the public is kinda stupid. In fact, Pride and Prejudice makes this look like poop 💩. In conclusion, this movie was alright in terms manifesting present situations that happens in most western schools. Overall, this movie's message conveying factor is overwhelmingly rudimentary.
