Spoilers ahead. Personally I don’t like watching action and fight on screen. But I am fond of love stories so gave it a shot. The first part was fine. But the second one really failed. What was shown as pure, ideal, tender, poetic love in the first part was brought down to mere obsession and aggression. Stalking itself was out of line, but invading someone’s personal space, sleeping on their bed, going through their belongings, stalking and becoming friends with ex’s spouse is just so so so out of line. I don’t even know what to say about setting up a booth to watch and stalk your married ex everyday. Somehow i put up with this the first half with hopes still up but the fight and action in the second half pushed me into dismay. The only good piece of the story is that Priya is really in a satisfied marriage despite the memories she fondly carries from her past. At least someone knows how to gracefully move on! Otherwise even while dying Manu didn’t reflect upon what made him get into a repeated huge mess, he simply died into his irrational obsession still wishing for a closure from a married ex on the other side! It is such a disgrace to how much more vast and valuable life is! 2 stars are for impeccable acting, scenic locations and music.
