I saw it last evening only, under the Star Select " movies you must see before you die" series. This movie very richly deserves this categorisation. This is not a rabidly fundamental, finger pointing at sinners kind of a movie. The movie is about Grace- unmerited favour, as exemplified by Lord Jesus Christ and this aspect of Grace comes out very strongly and firmly. I have recommended many of my friends and relatives to watch this. A fitting and telling example of 2 Chronicles 7: 14.
