The worst cod yet (and advanced warfare was bad) initial beta testing seemed to suggest a really good multiplayer game, but then they released a third of the game (campaign and core only) which seemed weird. So, no hardcore, no zombies, no battle pass, no party games. Problems with the interface for finding friends and party control Constant crashes and difficulty finding matches Awful gun progression. Want a grip for the m4, unlock the sniper rifle to rank 12 first?? Ridiculous. Maps are the standard fare, no real thought in them, plenty of camping spots with too many sight lines Base weapons power is so inconsistent. Assault rifle or marksman are the only weapons of use A lot of cheating already, definite aim-bots or wall hacks happening (and this is on ps5) Now the first “update” has been released and there are some real issues here. Hardcore (tier1) has no ids on the enemy so if a teammate is near them, you can’t see the enemy Hardcore has no kill feed, so you don’t know who you’ve killed or who killed you Matchmaking is horrible. Every multiplayer game has 1 or 2 players on 30+ kills, everyone else on 6, so there’s obvious connection issues on the matchmaking Battle pass makes no sense Kill streaks are near useless, Hardcore attack helicopter needs 5 hits to kill a player, yet you can pistol kill them from across the map with a single bullet? Genuinely disappointed. CoD now thrives on its franchise, there is no innovative efforts and it is basically the same game, but “prettier” and buggier. Updates add useless things, but cause real issues or don’t fix the actual problems They don’t care about us as players, they care about the pro sections as that’s another cash generator, but us, the great unwashed, they have our money and they couldn’t care what we’ve paid for…. Last CoD I’ll be buying
