Overall a very good solid Romantic Drama. The acting throughout could hardly have been better - including the supporting actors I like feel good dramas and enjoyed the ending Of the leads I think Song Hye Kyo is absolutely gorgeous Park Bo Gum did well to portray the the younger in the leading couple If I had to look for anything that detracted from my enjoyment it would be that the character of the ML was too perfect ( always said and did the right thing throughout - a little bit over the top )

Having just read the review by "Cheeky Mama" I have to agree with most of her comments about this series. Definitely the FL acting was not very good and I did not find her so called 'Department Belle' reputation as being well deserved. One thing I find incomprehensible about Korean and Chinese dramas is the need for people to be taken to hospital for the flimsiest reason - a tiny bite from a cat and a slight fever due to a cold are treated with a shot and a drip - surprised hospitals are not all way overcrowded. BTW whenever does being caught in the rain cause a person to catch a cold - the common cold is a virus and has nothing to do with rain

I watched this series with English subtitles - thankfully the interpretation did not detract from the story For me the series started off very well and kept me interested though at times aggravated by the characters of the egoistical, self-absorbed, overbearing mother. Difficult to understand how she ended up with a moronic husband with a completely boring, blank character. I skipped through most of the final 5 corny episodes all focused on the unlikely attitude of the selfish mother I imagine that the writer and director would be old people trying to indicate the importance of old people I myself am old but prefer to watch shows with intelligent young people
