I had all the feels watching this.
As someone within the same age range as these actors, I do wish there was some footage of how we felt about them.
Rob Lowe was the most positive and wonderful about it. It's sad to see how it effected them. I always felt they were a symbol of the first group of new actors, my generation, who were a good as the Rat Pack, and were going to be the future of entertainment. The "brat" term only seemed to be a way to show they were the young bloods.
It was an interesting trip to see that, even at the height of popularity, they were still battling all the same things most 20somethings were. We would always relate to them. It could have been a John Hughes movie.
