Although I have loved this bone broth, and decided to buy a bulk order, I will no longer purchase items from Dr. Kellyann. The product tastes different from store to frozen, which is expected. However, after defrosting one pouch from my bulk order, I realized it did not have the proper seal so I couldn’t drink it. I contacted the company and received the cursory response that they pride themselves in producing quality products, etc etc, but could not replace my open bag because it was outside the 30 day window. It was a bulk order that I froze immediately. It would be very difficult to know it was not properly sealed until I defrosted it. Needless to say that I will order from “Brodo” which has a wonderful selection of organic bone broth. Flavors are awesome and no issues with shipping product and return. In fact, they applied a coupon to my order after the fact and I was grateful for such awesome service.
