"Poison" is a bit slower than most of VAV's other title tracks, similar to "Spotlight." I especially like the rap parts here. Different from most of VAV's songs lyricwise (compared with those that were released since 1997), as it deals with a darker theme: the aftermath of a love that has gone, well, poisonous.
"Runway" (composed by Ayno, one of the members) is that trademark VAV bop you have to listen to (and dance along to) if you still can't get over "Thrilla Killa" and is about that favorite subject in their songs, that sexy, crazy, cool girl whom VAV sings to and is entranced with.
"Sweetheart," composed by member Ace, has good harmonies and showcases VAV's vocal skills well. Also, this could be a wedding song.
"119" (produced by Pentagon's Hui) is my favorite in the album. Very powerful emotionally. Perfect to listen to when at midnight alone in your room ("Here I stand / Stand by me / ... / Please call 1-1-9").
