Once in a while there comes a movie which blows you away. Laapata ladies is one such movie. Set on small town India before the internet it brings the sharp impact that 20 years, technology and exposure have brought to India. Must watch for depicting feminist themes in an engaging and non preachy manner so much so that I hope men folk watching the film also will get some food for thought and action.
