They deleted and entire day of play time due to their update. Support had me follow steps to recover my save file. Instead it deleted everything. Luckily I was able to undo the changes. However they could not recover my save file due to their own update so I lost over 12 hours of game play. Now I am told there is nothing they can do. . .
You would think the first priority they would have is making sure peoples save files are backed up prior to an update. They really dropped the ball here. Seems they are starting to fall off the curve and forgetting the basics of good customer service.
