If you could give 0 stars I would. The name of the book is a true statement, however the content of the book has a surprising number of rules and "right" ways to do things. It made me think I was doing things wrong because my daughters wake windows didn't happen the way the book said they should. I have so many issues with this book but i wont go into all of them. Overall a terrible book that no new parent should be encouraged to read.
