I mean it is a good binge if you haven’t read the manhwa. I truly think that this show didn’t give the manhwa it’s justice. I definitely think that the execution of this drama could have been better. It’s a little vague at times and I found myself always skipping even during the sad scenes. Contrary to the manhwa, I was emotionally attached to the characters and it actually made me engaged while reading it. If they had followed the manhwa, I would have most likely loved it. I understand that it’s an adaptation, but the manhwa itself already did such a good job. So why change it? The sad thing is that I was really excited for this and thought it would give me the same emotions as the manhwa, but it unfortunately didn’t. IMy interpretation of this drama might be different from others.
