The problem with these new era shows is that it unnecessarily destroys the sanctity of the epics, just to increase the episodes. The facts shown are so incorrect and the characters so exaggerated and deamened. Ravaan was so wise, yet the characters shown in this show reduces it. The costumes, tonality , characterisation all is no match to what BR Chopra had showcased. I watched one episode and was so disappointed.

Sunny Kaushal as Jaggi shines, but plot is utterly unrealistic and doesn't strike a chord. The end twist is just a failed trial to give the movie an unpredictable trial. In the theatres, it would be a sheer disappointment.
