Kendra – Google

This is one of my top 3 favorite Carpenter movies. I'll admit when I first watched this film as a child I did think it was cheesey but something about it intrigued me. So now years later as an adult I watch it all the time and it's become one of my favorites. I actually find it quite chilling, the score is eerie, the plot is interesting and I think it shows classic Carpenter artistry. Please give this film a try and take Michael Myers or slasher films out of your mind while doing so!

First and foremost, let me just say that I think a lot of people overlook the originality and the entire feel of this movie. People who say it's cheesy, or overrated don't understand real horror movies. This movie is a masterpiece in itself, introducing one of the biggest horror characters of all time, the unforgettable Freddy Krueger. Of course it's not your typical possessed doll/house jump scare film- it's so much more than that. I ask that you watch it alone and really pay attention and put yourself in the film.. and I guarantee you'll be scared. It took many tries to get a production company to make this film and thankfully one finally saw its potential!

Ok so all in all I guess this would be a five star series.. the only reason I'm taking one star off is because of how incredibly aggravated and annoyed I get at some of the things Alex does or doesn't do. I wish better choices were being made , but I guess that's the beauty of it, it's raw and real. Definitely recommend watching this series, the acting is top notch and you feel emotions while watching

One of my top horror movie favorites, along with my top 3 Carpenter movies. The cast is your Carpenter classic frequent flyers. I love the aesthetic of The Fog although set in California it still gives me a small town New England feel which is where I'm from. The score is great and fits this movie perfectly and I can't say enough good things about the movie itself.. without spoiling anything. Do yourself a favor and watch this movie it will scare you and intrigue you at the same time, classic 10/10 !!!

Probably the best series I've ever watched. My boyfriend and I have watched it more times than we can count, there's just something about it that keeps us coming back over and over. The acting is TOP NOTCH - the three main characters played by del Toro, Dano and arquette are some of their best performances I've ever seen. Not to mention ALL the supporting actors/actresses. The way it was filmed is just excellent and Ben Stiller really did an excellent job with this. 5 stars all the way around!!!

FIRST: I think that all the reviews saying that Jules made stupid decisions and should have done something is wrong. I think the movie portrays her Reaction as something that might happen in real life. Imagine dating someone, being completely in love and marrying them, and they turn on you like that. Your first reaction is going to be SHOCK, confusion, fear, you're not going to try and kill them right off the bat. I actually enjoyed the movie in the sense that it was filled with action and violence as a true thriller/horror or whatever type of movie this was is suppose to be. I would definitely check it out.
